Scatchet Head offers its members use of numerous amenities including a first-class swimming pool, a clubhouse with gaming tables, sports courts, boat ramps to Puget Sound and stunning vistas from one of the best beach locations on Whidbey Island.
Lot ownership conveys the use of everything the community offers as well as the right to vote in Scatchet Head Community Club elections.
A yearly assessment helps with the maintenance and operation of these facilities.
Membership and its privileges are not transferable to renters of an owner's home.

Rental Memberships
Renters who wish to use community facilities may apply for a separate renter’s membership for an annual fee.
