Come work with us!   

​Scatchet Head community Club is seeking energetic and responsible individuals to fill attendant positions at our pool.  This is a great opportunity for the right person(s) seeking part time, seasonal work in a fun atmosphere. 
 
Qualifications:
 
Training and Experience :
Must be at least 16 years of age by time of hire, great customer service, ability to work unsupervised, and possess strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
 
Licenses and Certificates:
American Red Cross (ARC) First Aid, CPR, and AED by time of hire
 
Physical Requirements:
Mobility within a swimming pool environment, ability to lift 30+ lbs occasionally, and work standing or sitting for longer periods of time
 
Ability to respond to emergencies in a prompt and responsible manner
 
 
Responsibilities

  • Perform pool opening and closing procedures
 
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the pool facilities, including bathrooms and grounds
 
  • Engages with members to build positive relationships and experiences at our Club
 
  • Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of the members
 
  • Responds to member questions and concerns
 
 
These positions are part-time seasonal positions with an hourly wage of $18 an hour. These positions do not have benefits. Pool Attendants typically work 12-16 hours per week. The work schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
 
Candidate will have to go through a criminal background check.  Complete an application.   These positions are open until filled. Scatchet Head Community Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pool Committee

The pool committee is made up of community members, a board member, and the general manager.  They are meeting on a routine basis to review and make suggestions to the board regarding pool related items and policies.   See the committee charter here
